Everything in the universe is made of energy, vibrating at its own unique frequency. Crystals, formed over millennia under intense pressure and heat, possess a highly stable and organised energetic structure.

When we bring a crystal into our energetic field, our own bodies begin to "entrain" or mimic that steady vibration. Much like a tuning fork helps a piano find its correct note, crystals help our chakras and aura return to their natural state of balance.

While Reiki is the flow of Universal Life Force energy, crystals act as the "lens" that can focus that light. In my practice, I often combine the two. The Reiki provides the power for change, while the crystals provide the blueprint for stability.
