I was intuitively guided to learn Reiki even though I had never previously experienced a treatment for myself.

I had come through a difficult marriage and hid my own stress and emotional turmoil from the outer world. 4 years later, whilst in my kitchen,  I became rooted to the ground by an overwhelming force rising up my body. I could barely breathe but found the strength to push it back down. 

Through my own growth and development, I have come to learn that this was possibly a 'sign' to release the painful memories and experiences which were stored as stagnant energy, causing an imbalance in my health. 

This was my wake up call or as some may say, my spiritual awakening... and this was when I found Reiki.

Little did I know the journey that Reiki would take me on, developing an interest in energy and the concept of its vibrational frequency.

I found myself on a path of spiritual development and exploring other healing modalities. Fascinated at how we function as energetic beings, I am constantly researching and professionally developing.

As I tell my students, what I believe today may change tomorrow.

People who suffer with stress and anxiety are generally drawn to me for reiki, more so since the Covid-19 pandemic affected all of our lives. Quite often when a client presents with a physical pain, it is emotionally linked.
