Reiki has been the foundation of my spiritual development, guiding me to explore and master a variety of other healing modalities, including crystal healing, that enrich the support I offer.

​

As a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui System of Natural Healing, I am driven by a lifelong curiosity about how we function on a spiritual level. I am constantly researching and refining my skills, fueled by a fascination with what exists beyond the physical eye, specifically the intricate nature of our energy fields and the shifting landscape of our vibrational frequencies.

When teaching my students, I encourage an open and evolving mindset. I share the philosophy that our understanding is never static; what we believe to be true today may transform tomorrow as we grow through our own unique lived experiences.

Receiving Reiki is a profound spiritual experience that offers a gentle sanctuary for those navigating stress, anxiety, disconnection, or the weight of grief and loss.

We often carry the residue of stress and trauma within our physical bodies, which can create a deep sense of imbalance in our overall well-being. By working with you on a spiritual and holistic level, I provide emotional comfort and grounded support, especially during those times when you may feel completely lost or as though you have lost your sense of direction and purpose.

I believe that true healing cannot be confined to a rigid box or a hurried schedule. When you work with me, you are supported by an experienced practitioner who deeply understands the "soul essence" and the profound impact life’s challenges can have on our overall well-being.

People often seek my support during their most vulnerable moments, when navigating a "dark place," feeling lost or undervalued, or processing a significant traumatic event. Because I prioritise your emotional safety, my sessions are structured differently:

• Dedicated Healing: You receive a full hour of focused Reiki treatment.

• Unrushed Connection: Please allow up to two hours for your total visit.

• Honouring Your Story: This extended time ensures that our informal chat and consultation never take away from your actual treatment time.

Professional Development and Credentials

I am committed to the highest standards of practice and professional integrity. I have met the rigorous Reiki Council standards as a verified Professional Reiki Practitioner, ensuring that my treatments are safe, ethical, and of the highest quality.

Additionally, I am a registered member of the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). This independent UK register was set up with government support to protect the public by ensuring that practitioners are fully qualified, insured, and adhere to a strict Code of Conduct.

I am a proud registered member of the Reiki Healing Association, committed to upholding the values of this global community. My dedication to the practice extends to my role as a certified practitioner for the Reiki Medic-Care Team, where I provide distant Reiki support specifically for NHS frontline staff.

Reiki Medic-Care is fully endorsed by the Reiki Council, the leading federation for Reiki professional bodies in the UK. This affiliation ensures that my work aligns with the highest national standards for clinical practice and practitioner excellence.​​​​

Volunteer work

Outside of my private practice, I am honoured to serve as a volunteer practitioner for 'Living With and Beyond Cancer with my local NHS trust. This is a support service available to NHS cancer patients and their families.​

​End Of Life Holistic Support

Beyond my Reiki practice, I am a Certified Soul Midwife, trained through Felicity Warner’s Soul Midwives School. In this role, I serve as a non-medical holistic companion, providing dedicated emotional and spiritual support to ensure those at the end of life feel deeply valued, heard, and loved.

I am also a TLC Trainer, offering specialised workshops to empower families, community groups, and healthcare professionals, including those in hospices, hospitals, and care homes. My goal is to provide the confidence and practical skills needed to offer compassionate, genuine care during life's final transition.

Spirit Release Therapy

In addition to my other practices, I am a certified Spirit Release Therapist, a field sometimes known as Soul Rescue. Throughout our lives, we may encounter spiritual attachments or inadvertently invite subtle energies into our living spaces. This work is often a deeply moving and beautiful process; most spiritual influences are benevolent, each carrying its own unique story that deserves to be heard and understood.

Currently (2025–2026), I am furthering my expertise by studying with Dr. David Furlong. This specialised training focuses on the release of suppressed aspects of the self - parts of our essence that may have been hidden due to trauma or carried forward from past-life experiences.​​
