Animals are our greatest teachers.

They show us how to progress on our path with kindness and strength. They intuitively seem to understand how we exist so are naturals in accepting Reiki into their lives.

There is a silent wisdom in animals that makes them incredible partners in healing. They intuitively understand the flow of life, making them naturally receptive to the gentle power of Reiki.

Whether an animal is navigating a physical challenge or nearing the end of their life, Reiki provides a soothing bridge of peace, easing their transition with dignity and love.

I have seen firsthand how distance healing can transform an animal's well-being; after just a short course of sessions, owners often share how much brighter and more at ease their companions have become.

My experience with distant Reiki has shown that even from afar, our beloved companions respond beautifully, often showing noticeable improvements in spirit and comfort that brings a deep sense of relief to their owners.

How can Reiki work if you aren't in the same room as my pet?

Energy has no physical boundaries. Just as a radio wave or a Wi-Fi signal travels through the air to reach its destination, Reiki is a "frequency" of healing energy. Because animals are so intuitively connected to the world around them, they often pick up on this energy more quickly than humans do. Distance healing allows your pet to remain in the comfort and safety of their own home, where they feel most relaxed and receptive.

What will my pet experience during a distance session?

Every animal responds differently, but most enter a state of deep relaxation. You might notice your pet:

Settling into a deep sleep or sighing heavily.
Twitching slightly as they release tension.
Moving to a favourite sunlit spot or a quiet corner.
Seeking out a drink of water immediately after the session.

Do I need to do anything during the session?

The best thing you can do is create a calm environment. You don’t need to force your pet to be still; they can be playing, eating, or sleeping. Your only "job" is to hold a space of peace for them. Often, owners find that they feel a sense of calm spreading through the space as their pet receives the treatment!

Is distance Reiki as effective as hands-on healing?

In my experience, yes - and sometimes even more so. For animals who are nervous, territorial, or in physical pain, a stranger entering their space can be distracting. Distance Reiki allows the healing to "meet them exactly where they are" without any physical pressure, making it a very pure and stress-free experience.

How many sessions are recommended?

While a single session can offer a beautiful "recharge," I often suggest a short course of 3–4 treatments. This allows us to peel back the layers of any chronic issues and establish a deeper foundation of well-being for your beloved companion.

I always appreciate a photo of your pet and their name prior to the session to help me focus our connection.
