During a treatment, you are invited to lie fully clothed as seven highly polished quartz Vogel cut quartz crystals are suspended approximately 40cm above the body which are aligned with the seven main energy centres, known as the chakras. The light beams travel through the highly polished quartz crystal energy generators which match the vibrational frequency of each corresponding chakra colour. The light shines or pulsates through the crystals to bathe your body in a pattern of healing lights.
